Kroger’s Cart Buster Sale and A Recipe!

Right now through October 20th, the Kroger Co. family of stores is having a Cart Buster sale featuring many products we all use on a daily basis.

Each day of the sale there’s a new coupon to print for specially featured products. One of the participating products is Skippy Peanut Butter which I use often.

So, I thought I’d share with you one of the breakfast staples in my home. Peanut butter baked oatmeal. A warm you up on chilly mornings recipe. It’s not only hearty, it’s healthy too.

Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal (adapted from Tidy Mom)

1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
3/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup Skippy Peanut Butter

Combine all ingredients in one big bowl. Mix to incorporate. Pour into square baking dish. (I always double the recipe and use a 9×13 baker) Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serve with milk poured on top.

Download digital coupons for each day of the Cart Buster sale through October 20th right to your shopper card at the Cart Buster site for great deals on your favorite products at the Kroger Co. family of stores.

I was selected for participation in this campaign as a member of Clever Girls Collective.
